Good afternoon,

What a busy first week back the children have had!

Next week will be the final week of the topic 'Where do we live?'. In Science, the children will present a weather forecast in groups to their team.

Maths

The children are continuing to learn about multiplication. We will be focusing on how a multiplication equation with two as a factor is related to doubling. They will be multiplying efficiently when one of the factors is two. 

English: 

We will be editing our independent writes. The children have written a setting description of a dockyard from the book The Journey Home using prepositions and adjectives.
