Good afternoon, 

This week our topic 'How does our world look after us and how can we look after our world?' continues. We also cannot wait to show off our Christmas performance. 

English- We are going to independently write our descriptive setting stories.

Curriculum: 

We will continue to learn how to use simple fieldwork and observational skills to study the natural and manmade features of my school and local area. 

Christmas!

Our Christmas party is on Tuesday 17th December at 1pm. Children come in their own party clothes for the day. 

Maths

Year 1 - We will continue looking at the number 6-10 in further detail thinking about the 5 and a bit structure. 

Year 2- we are continuing add and subtract 2 digit numbers and recap recalling number facts within 20.
