Dear Parents/Carers
After a very hot week, the children have coped remarkably well with the warm weather. They have continued to show fantastic enthusiasm, stayed positive, and worked hard throughout the week despite the high temperatures!
We have made the most of the sunshine by creating our own outdoor "spa," where the children enjoyed dipping their feet in the water to cool down. We've also had lots of fun with water play and enjoyed ice pops as a special treat to help us stay cool. It has been lovely to see the children playing together so happily and taking good care of one another in the heat.
Next week is an exciting one as the children will be spending Monday and Tuesday in their new classes for transition. Please look out for the class team names on the classroom doors when you arrive. We have spent lots of time talking about the move, answering questions, and helping the children feel prepared. They are all very excited about this next step, and we know they will have a wonderful time getting to know their new teachers and classrooms.
We are also looking forward to Sports Day on Wednesday! Please remember to send your child with their water bottle, a sun hat, and sun cream already applied before school. With the warm weather expected to continue, these will help ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable while enjoying the day's activities.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. We really appreciate your help and encouragement, and we hope you all have a lovely weekend!
