Good afternoon, 

We have had a lovely week in KS1 this week. The children have enjoyed our curriculum topic of 'did our grown ups have the same toys as us?'

Coming up next week: 

English- The children will be focusing on the the features of a letter and write sentences remembering to use capital letters, finger spaces and full stops.  

Maths - 

Year 2 will be continuing to look at numbers between 10-100 including counting tens and ones. 

PSHE- Year 2 will be learning to know what to do to help myself feel better when I am feeling down.  

Vocabulary-  wellbeing, good, feelings, positive, give, keep learning, take notice, active, connect, relax, happy , down

This week, your child will receive a reading book. Please can this be brought in daily with their reading records. Please read with your child 3 times a week and fill this in their reading records.
