Good afternoon, 

This week our new topic 'How does our world look after us and how can we look after our world?' continues. 

English- The children will continue to focus on editing some examples of descriptive writing, build their own descriptive writing vocabulary and have a go at adding conjunctions to their writing. 

Curriculum:

We will be looking natural and man-made features in our world.

Christmas!- We have started to learn our Christmas Concert songs. Details of outfits required will be sent home soon. 

Year 2 are looking at addition and subtraction of two digit numbers.

Homework Year 2:

Please read with your child 3x a week

Spelling - We are learning our year 2 Common Exception Words. The five we would like you to focus on at home are:
