About the class

Music theory is for students that want to broaden their knowledge in the mechanics of music, eventually working towards composing their own music. Generally, these classes are offered on an as-needed basis to interested juniors or seniors. These are students that are usually looking at music as a major or minor in  college, or want to continue their study further beyond just playing in the ensemble.
