Travel Policy

The East Hampton High School Music Department often sends groups off-campus to festivals, performance opportunities, clinics and more.

Whenever East Hampton students or ensembles travel off campus, they represent their department, their school and the town of East Hampton. Therefore, the utmost in professionalism and responsibility is expected from students at all times. Obviously, all state and federal laws are to be followed while on or off campus. In addition, all EHHS guidelines and policies are to be followed as outlined in the Student Handbook, and all EHHS Music policies are to be followed as outlined in the EHHS Music Handbook.

Failure to follow any of these guidelines, policies or laws may result in revoking of travel privileges or additional disciplinary action.

Details of each trip vary by necessity, and any additional itineraries, rules or information will be distributed both in class and made available on the website as necessary.
