Calendar of Events
While we will hold as closely to the schedule as possible, it is subject to change. Any further changes to the schedule will be announced as far in advance as possible, and student scheduling conflicts are expected to be resolved by students/parents by contacting the director as soon as they arise. Unless specifically noted, report times for all performances are TBA. All concerts are listed with a 6:30pm start time–families should expect report times for these events to be earlier than 6:30pm. Excusal from a performance is strictly at the discretion of the director. Please see the Handbook section on Rehearsals and Performances for our Attendance Policy.
Several events that occur on an annual basis but rely on scheduling from other organizations have yet to be added to the calendar, but will still be considered mandatory performances for the ensembles. Dates for these performances will be determined with the utmost consideration for other school calendars (athletics, clubs, etc.) and will be distributed to students as soon as they are settled. Check in periodically online for announcements and up-to-date information on our calendar.
