Hello! My name is Holly Leicht, and this is my 18th year in education. Previously, I taught 6th grade ELA at WRMS, and before that, at elementary schools in Round Rock and San Antonio. I have a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication & Public Relations. In my personal time, I love reading, traveling, and watching my little boys grow up!

I am passionate about providing students with an innovative learning experience that prepares them to be successful adults. I love problem-solving with teachers to create meaningful technology experiences in the classroom and beyond.

Karry Dornak

Instructional Coach

WRMS & HCMS

Hi! I’m Karry Dornak, and I am the Instructional Coach at both Hill Country and West Ridge Middle Schools. This is my 21st year in education! I taught for 13 years before transitioning to the role of instructional coach. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Arts and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to impact student learning while working alongside teachers. Every student deserves the best learning experience possible, and I love creating those learning experiences through collaboration, research, and continued professional learning.

Whether it be designing a lesson, finding resources, or being a sounding board for an idea, remember that I am always here to offer a listening ear or word of advice.
