Form I is the school application form for BSBMUN XI. Brazilian schools must return the completed form by March 31st to participate in BSBMUN. International Schools must return the completed form by April 30th to participate in BSBMUN. Form I is a ballpark for the number of delegates planning to attend and the contact information of school officials. For any other questions or concerns, please contact us.
Chair Application - COMING SOON
Committee Chairs are students who regulate the flow of discussion and maintain order during sessions. Chairs are expected to have in-depth knowledge of the debate rules and attend training sessions. Chairs select the topics for their committee, select delegates for awards, and review position papers.
Being a chair at BSBMUN means working with the Leadership team to plan and direct the committees hosted at BSBMUN. It means upholding a position of leadership before the delegates that will attend the conference and is not a job to be taken lightly. The Chairs of BSBMUN will determine the success and quality of the debate. The responsibilities of a Chair include: brainstorming topics, studying and creating a thorough studcy guide for your committee, and many other responsibilities and tasks. To accomplish this, Chairs will have to maintain regular communication with their co-chairs and ensure to meet conference due dates. In committee, a good Chair will be able to guide his delegates through the topics, as well as maintaining engagement throughout the conference.
Ser moderador do BSBMUN significa trabalhar com a equipe de Liderança para planejar e dirigir os comitês que teremos. Moderar significa manter uma posição de liderança perante os delegados que participarão da conferência, e é um trabalho que deve ser levado a sério. Os moderadores do BSBMUN determinarão o sucesso e a qualidade do debate. As responsabilidades de um moderador incluem: escolher tópicos, estudar e criar um guia de estudo completo para seus comitês e muito mais. Para manter com estats responsabilidades, os moderadores terão de manter comunicaçao regular com seus co-moderadores e certificar-se de que estão mantendo as datas de entrega da conferência, Durante o debatem, um bom moderador deverá orientar seus delegados, além de manter o debate engajante durante a conferência.
