Opening Speeches

Opening speeches are your first opportunity to make a strong impression on the chairs and fellow delegates. They should be carefully crafted and rehearsed in advance of the conference. They should outline the issue or topic under discussion, convey your perspective on the issue, and give one or more practical policy proposals to address.
