Mathematical Language Routines (MLRs) created through Stanford's Understanding Language Project. Goals for the session include: 1) Learn what mathematical language routines are. 2) Discover how mathematical language routines support language and math instruction simultaneously for all students, especially English Language Learners. 3) Identify practical strategies for implementing the routines in your classroom.
