My Last Projects
AP Pre-Cal
For this project, I graphed the given equation using Desmos, including the asymptotes as dashed lines and labeling them with their equations. I then combined all the graphics, labels, mathematical statements, and descriptive phrases onto a single page using Canva. I made sure to clearly label key features of the graph, such as intercepts, vertices, and asymptotes. I also added accurate mathematical statements and phrases around the image to explain the graph and its characteristics. Finally, I included icons, symbols, and stickers to make the presentation visually engaging while keeping all mathematical notation precise and correct.
AP Environmental
For this project, I created a biome research presentation focusing on the Taiga and Mangrove ecosystems. I researched the key characteristics of each biome, including climate, plant and animal life, soil types, and their importance to the environment. To help convey my findings, I included graphs and visuals that showed patterns such as temperature, rainfall, and biodiversity. These visuals made it easier to compare the two biomes and highlight both their differences and similarities. I also included interesting facts about how these biomes support life and the challenges they face, like climate change and human impact. Overall, this project allowed me to strengthen my skills in research, data analysis, and visual presentation, while also deepening my understanding of how different ecosystems function and why they are important to our planet.
