This is a project about Cesar Chaves' life and how he portrays our definition of a hero. We had to do research on his life and what he fought for and create a slideshow to show that to our class. I learned about his past and his upbringings and a fun fact about how we went to 36 different schools. A linguistic skill that I had to use was using the past tense for some of the words because Cesar Chavez was from the past. I greatly enjoyed  this project and I hope you do to.

Se trata de un proyecto sobre la vida de César Chaves y cómo representa nuestra definición de héroe. Tuvimos que investigar sobre su vida y por lo que luchó y crear una presentación de diapositivas para mostrarlo a nuestra clase. Aprendí sobre su pasado y su educación y un hecho divertido sobre cómo fuimos a 36 escuelas diferentes. Una habilidad lingüística que tuve que utilizar fue usar el tiempo pasado para algunas de las palabras porque César Chávez era del pasado. Disfruté mucho con este proyecto y espero que tú también lo hagas.

This is a project about a baroque artist named Jose de Rivera. In my project, I talked about his background and little facts about his life. Also, I talked about important dates in his life like his birth and his death. Next, I talked about the art style that he used and what it means to have that art style. At the end, I added my own art piece that was inspired by his style of art. I hope you enjoy the project and learn a lot about the very important Hispanic artist, Jose de Rivera.

Se trata de un proyecto sobre un artista barroco llamado José de Rivera. En mi proyecto, hablé sobre sus antecedentes y pequeños hechos sobre su vida. También, hablé de fechas importantes en su vida como su nacimiento y su muerte. Luego, hablé sobre el estilo de arte que utilizó y lo que significa tener ese estilo de arte. Al final, añadí mi propia obra inspirada en su estilo artístico. Espero que disfrutes del proyecto y aprendas mucho sobre el importante artista hispano José de Rivera.
