For my project, I chose to focus on basketball—specifically, improving my shooting form. Throughout this project, I will track my progress by recording and analyzing my performance over time. My main goal is to refine my technique and develop a more consistent and effective shooting form. To demonstrate my improvement, I will compare videos and collect data from my early sessions and later ones.

This project also connects to math in several ways. I’ll be using statistics to measure my shooting accuracy—such as shot percentage, number of successful shots out of total attempts, and how those numbers change over time. I can also analyze angles in my shooting form, distances from the basket, and even create graphs to visually represent my progress. This will help me make informed adjustments and better understand the mechanics behind a successful shot.
