In my senior year I was given the opportunity to enroll at GSU as a dual enrollment student. In my English 1101 class we were tasked with finding an issue that is currently affecting society. I chose to focus on the transportation sector and the issues within. My solution was the incorporation of autonomous trucks. Given that this was a college course we were expected to write in MLA format, research using peer reviewed scholarly sources, and properly cite the sources. Adjusting to that level of coursework was the most challenging for me however by putting myself through that I feel more than prepared for college.
