I am Kampbell Harris. I have been at Drew Charter School since kindergarten in 2014, and I am currently a sophomore. I was born on March 20, 2009, and I’m from Atlanta, Georgia—Atlanta is my hometown. I am the only child of my mom and dad. Since I grew up without siblings or anyone to play with at home, I’ve always been a quiet person and kept to myself, but I have lots of friends at school.
Some of my favorite foods are pizza, pasta, wings, tacos, tenders, fries, and ice cream. I am a member of Beta Club and have been in Beta since 6th grade. In 2022, when I was in 8th grade, I attended the National Beta Convention, and I returned to the convention again during my sophomore year.
I am also a Girl Scout, and I’ve been in Girl Scouts since 4th grade—that’s my favorite thing to do outside of school. I am part of a girls mentoring group called the Step Up Mentoring Program. In November 2024, I was part of the Homecoming Royal Court as a club representative.
In my free time, I like to be on TikTok and Instagram, hang out with friends, and go shopping with my mom.
My focus for this year is to get my grades to a 80 or above in all of my classes so that I can stay in Beta club. Ultimately, I want a GPA 4.0 or above. After high school I want to attend a college either in Georgia or out-of-state. I want to be more focused in Spanish. I want to be a nurse when I grow up because I like to take care of people.
