Volunteering means to freely give time and labor, often for community service. It's you willingly donating your time and energy to help promote a good cause or help something work more effectively. Drew requires you to have 100 hours because its a way to give back to the community and put their effort and support into organizations or individuals in need. As a part of my community service hours and for fun, I am a track manager. Being a manager allows me to create different bonds with all of the runners and understand track more, I also take pictures for the team. I also get hours from Technical Theater when I work shows and plays.
