This program was an amazing opportunity through my school, Bryon Hospitality, and the East Lake Golf Club in whih I got to take my first steps into the culinary world. The photo you see to your left is a photo of me and my group's final dish in which we hosted a buffet with all of the dishes we learned to make over the semester-long program. Our dish was a Cajun Chicken Scarparellio, which was commisioned and specially made for our class to cook by a celebrity chef named Chef Deborah VanTris. We have had so many opportunities over this 8-week course and it was truly an amazing experience.
