For our first big project, we had to go around and take pictures of areas in our city (Atlanta), that related to cultural landscapes. For example,, , we had to take a picture of another language that influenced the cultural landscape, and I chose a restaurant with a Hispanic name.

We were assigned a random topic to research as the conclusion to our Political Geography unit, and my poster was about centrifugal forces. We had to make a poster, draw an image with a wold cluster, create a relevant border, and put all of our research on it.

As we were studying the religions of the world, we were told to design a 12-sided dodecahedron including the 6 religions that we were studying. It had to include how they diffused, the type (ethnic or universalizing), and at least 3 pictures for each.

For this project, we had to design a one-pager that included everything  we learned from unit one. We needed to have a border containing mini pictures and vocabulary from the unit, and a lot of other information.

For this mini project, we had to connect different parts of our unit to other units, and explain how they all connect. We used hexagons that contained vocabulary like TFR, birth rate, death rate, etc.

This was our final project for AP Human Geography. We created a 90 second music video, adpaying the lyrics of any song to apply to an AP unit of our choice. We chose unit one, specifically the types of maps, and paired it with I. Pink Toes by Childish Gambino.
