1. Focus in Extended Advisory sessions on HS requirements, options and university courses during Grades 9 and 10

2. Information sessions led by teachers about course choices during January

3. Q&A sessions with students in Grades 11 and 12 during January 

4. Teacher recommendations are collected for every student by January

5. Options evening 

6. During the portfolio conferences each student/family will have an additional meeting with either Mr Beck, Ms Bassam-Coles or Ms Tickle to discuss their options.

7. Students then complete an options form. If you are on track to meet requirements based on your Semester 1 grades - great, if not - meetings held with parents/student as needed.

8. A letter is sent to each student confirming their provisional placement on their courses.

9. Advice is available throughout Semester 2 from subject teachers and careers team.

10. Semester 2 grades will confirm placement, hopefully! If not, meetings are arranged.
