Meet Our Officers

Hi! I'm Ella Adams, your Troupe President for the 24-25 year! Since coming to DSA my freshman year, I've been a part of 11 productions, working both as an actor and technician. While I have multiple aspects of experience in shows that I love (lighting, marketing, acting), my biggest passion is Stage Management. I fell in love with the community and passion within the Troupe, and I'm excited to help foster that connection to further strengthen ourselves as a company and as individuals. I believe that everyone brings something unique and important to the troupe, and my biggest goal as an officer this year is to make every single one of you feel known and valued. I'm super excited to work with our amazing officer board and make this the best year of DSA Theatre yet!

Howdy everybody! My name is Ella Williams and I am your Vice President for the 2025-2026 school year.

Hey y'all, I am Adaeze Ezuma-Igwe and your troupe secretary this year! My job is keeping track of handbooks, taking notes during meetings, and communicating. I have been a part of 8 productions at DSA including stage managing a one-act and being on the lighting crew and props crew. My favorite part of the process of making a show is tech week because even though it's the most draining week it's also the most exciting week. That's when everything comes together and all things tech join all things acting and the show feels complete. I am so excited for all our upcoming productions, opportunities, and most excited to be your troupe secretary this year!

Hello! I am the Triple T, Trevor the Treasurer. I am a senior in the Technical Theater pathway. As the 2024-2025 Treasurer, I aim to introduce new forms of revenue, such as special troupe mugs and fundraisers. I have nearly four years of experience in theater production, beginning in 9th grade, where I participated in all three main shows each year. In 10th grade, I took on the role of Department Head, and since then, I’ve been heavily involved in the Set department, mostly as the head. Like my fellow officers, I’m passionate about continuing my theater career in college and beyond. My dream is to branch out into all areas of entertainment as an environmental/set designer and eventually as an art or creative director.

Hey y'all, I'm Naomi Schwankl-Jobe and I am your Troupe Historian! I am a senior this year and I have been a member of the troupe since my freshman year and I specialize in costume design! I am strictly a backstage kind of gal but costumes has always been something that I've really enjoyed, and that is what originally got me involve in the troupe. I have worked on 10 shows both with costumes and marketing, and I am currently the Head Designer for our fall musical, Little Shop of Horrors. I am so excited to be working with the officer board this year, and I think this year is going to be really fun!

Hey everyone! My name is Brenna Garris and I’m your Junior Representative for the 2025–2026 school year! I’ve been at DSA since 6th grade and have been involved in 9 shows (and counting!). I’ve tried out a bunch of different areas like lighting, projection, and stage management, but most of the time you’ll find me up in the booth as the sound designer. One of my favorite parts of high school theater so far has been getting to connect with so many amazing people in our department, learning from each other, working together, and building friendships along the way. As Junior Rep, my job is to help keep everyone in the loop and excited about what’s going on in the troupe and i hope to do that and more. My biggest goal is to help make sure our theater space stays safe, inclusive, and positive for everyone. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us!
