Equipment Check Out Instructions:

  1. Browse our PE inventory:

  2. Click on the "Adapted PE Inventory" tab on the bottom of the page (go to second sheet).

  3. Complete our check out form Resource Center Check Out Form

  4. Our Resource Coordinator, Lauren Adamson, will contact you about availability of requested items and set up a delivery or pick up time. You will receive a follow up email from Lauren Adamson regarding your request - if the item(s) you’ve requested are not available for the dates you specified, Lauren will work with you to establish an alternative option.
