A digital wellbeing checklist is an effective way to promote a healthy relationship with digital technology and help you develop healthy digital habits. A checklist can help provide guidance about how to safely navigate the digital world. Factors such as location can be included in a checklist, be aware of location settings on all devices at home displaying your location puts everyone else’s privacy in the household at risk so it’s good practice to disable this setting on all devices. Establish boundaries by implementing technology free time to ensure you are getting a break from your screen which will help you wind down and encourage you to connect with your friends and family.
