Dominican University of California has partnered with Touro University of California to offer unique opportunities for DUC alumni (within 2 years of graduation) and undergraduate students. These collaborations include an Undergraduate Health Careers Opportunity Program and three Graduate Programs.
Undergraduate Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP)
Overview:
Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP) is a program at Touro University of CA to give local high school and college students guidance and support on how to succeed in the pursuit of a career in healthcare.

6-week career exploration

DUC alumni (within 2 years of graduation) and undergraduate students interested in a career as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) are eligible to compete for a guaranteed interview for admission to the program every academic year, with a maximum of 10 students selected.
DUC alumni (within 2 years of graduation) and undergraduate students interested in a career as a Pharmacist are eligible to compete for a guaranteed interview for admission to the program every academic year, with a maximum of 10 students selected.
DUC alumni (within 2 years of graduation) and undergraduate students interested in strengthening their health sciences foundation and bolstering their resume for medical school are eligible to compete for a guaranteed interview for admission to the program every academic year, with a maximum of 10 students selected.
