Declaration forms are now in a Google form format, do not submit a printed or PDF version of the declaration form to their office. The declaration forms are below and also available on the Registrar's Office website:
This new process is student-driven, and the form will be automatically forwarded to the selected advisor. Please note that a separate form will need to be submitted for each declaration being made. For example, a student who is switching majors and declaring a minor will need to submit both a declaration of major/concentration form and a declaration of minor form.
Add/Drop Process
Please look over the Academic Calendar for important Add/Drop dates.
Waitlists
Waitlists will be removed and disabled on the Friday before classes start. If you were on a waitlist, you will either see that you are enrolled in the course or that the course has been removed from your account, indicating that you did not get in.
Add/Drop a Class
If a class is open, Students will now have the ability to add or drop a class online via your Ellucian Self-Service during the add/drop period. What this means to you is the Registrar will no longer require an Add form signed by the instructor to add a class. If a seat is available, a student may add it online from their Ellucian Self-Service account.
If you do not attend a class and do not intend to take the class this term, please drop the class as soon as possible so that another student may have your seat. Classes can be dropped in your Ellucian Self-Service account.
For students who want to drop a class after the Add/Drop period and receive a W. You have to fill out the Add/Drop form and return it to the Registrar's Office. It does not need an instructor's signature to drop.
Please complete this form: Request to Take Course Off-Campus
Review the Course Transfer Grid PDF to choose the proper (NSM Major) course equivalents.
