The 0074 ZTC Note
The 0074 Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) Note
All campuses will be able to utilize the new definitions in the course catalog and SIS effective for the Spring 2024 semester. As you build your Spring 2024 schedules, please do so using these notes.
Classes that use note 0074 will be discoverable by students when they search Find A Class using the ZTC - Zero Textbook Cost filter. Courses using the 0074 course note should also use the 0060 course note. This filter is still in development.
The 0074 note should be applied to all courses with no cost associated with all of their required textbooks/course materials. The note that will appear in Find a Class/Class Search when the 0074 note is applied will be:
Zero-Textbook-Cost Class: The total cost of required instructional materials for this "Z Class" is $0.
