Media Center

The Distance Learning and EDU MEDIA HUB (Multi-Media Courseware Production Facility) was a grant from the Commission on Higher Education. The EDU MEDIA HUB is located at the OPEN UNIVERSITY SYSTEM (OUS), Catbangen, San Fernando City, La Union. The budget for its construction was worth one million and five hundred thousand pesos.
