President
The President is the head of the organization and has the duty to supervise all of its affairs. They are also the primary representative of the DLS-RCY in matters and affairs of the Red Cross Youth and the Philippine Red Cross. Alongside the Vice President, the President presides over all meetings of the Executive Board and maintains partnerships within and outside the university.

Vice President
The Vice President presides over all meetings of the Executive Committee together with the President. They forge and maintain partnerships with internal organizations (organizations within the university) and external organizations (organizations outside the university). Moreover, they provide support to Public Relations in managing the FB page/Twitter/Instagram and perform such other legitimate duties, assigned by the administration of DLSU and the PRC Manila Chapter. During the absence or inability of the President, the Vice President shall exercise the powers and perform the functions and duties of the President.

Collaboration Initiative
The Collaboration Initiative is responsible for spearheading its 3 main projects namely:(1) Cross Cafe, (2) Happiness Campaign, and (3) Advocacy Fair as it aims to awaken the social and moral consciousness of the youth. The specific responsibility of this program includes reporting to the President about committee plans and accomplishments, monitoring and evaluating performances of the members, oversees the project proposal making and post-evaluation of each event or activity, and developing as well as improving the other side of Humanitarian Efforts offered by DLS-RCY.
Alternative Immersion Development
The Alternative Immersion Development Program (AID) centers on activities that organize welfare service-related programs. The program aims to build the knowledge of the members about immersion, more specifically what kinds of immersion, what to experience in an immersion, why do immersion, how to cater the needs of the beneficiaries, and most especially what is the state of the society. This is to increase the spirit of volunteerism and social awareness among the members as the program lets them experience what is happening in the society firsthand having an intending effect of them being interested in making changes in society to help others improve their standard of living.
Alumni Engagement
Alumni Engagement centers in communicating with student volunteer alumni, sending invitation, sponsorship letter and providing monthly updates about activity highlights. This program is also in charge of organizing workshops as part of Organization Development as well as monitoring and evaluating Executive Committees’ and Directors’ performances, providing term-end student performance status/report to SSFDP Coordinator, President, and committee heads.

Director of Risk Reduction and Safety Management
Risk Reduction and Safety Management
The Risk Reduction and Safety Management advocates for the wellness of the community through activities that address safety, health, and other social issues. In its effort to promote empowerment among individuals and communities, the program facilitates training activities and seminars that tackle issues such as substance abuse, HIV/AIDS prevention, disaster readiness, basic life support, and first aid. Some notable projects of the program include Substance Abuse Prevention Education (SAPE), HIV/AIDS Prevention Education (HAPE), Basic Life Support and Standard First Aid Training (BLS-SFAT), and other disaster management assistance seminars.

Blood Network
The Blood Network Program (BNP) is responsible for offering voluntary services to those in need of blood bags by acting as the bridge between requestees and the Philippine Red Cross Blood services. With the current pandemic and situation of blood banks in mind, members of this program have rigorously continued to find ways so as to encourage people to donate blood and debunk any misconceptions surrounding the technicalities of blood donations. This can be found in the form of the annual blood drive, which still persists in spite of the current online setting.

Young Leaders’ Program
The leadership development program is a 2-day seminar event that prepares new RCY recruits or what the Red Cross youth call as young bloods, into fully-fledged members with values and characteristics promoted by the organization. Also, this program acquaints them with its parent organization—the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. As an opportunity that would establish the next generation of volunteers who'll manage organization in the near-future, this program also serves as a team-building event that aims to generate camaraderie, motivations, and relationships among the participating young bloods. This committee also serves as DLS-RCY's own Human resource department which handles activities such as recruitment, engagement, monitoring and evaluation of its member's performance to the organization, and many more.

The Secretariat serves to be the rapport between the different committees, and programs. It ensures smooth operations of the whole organization, maintains flow of information, and is responsible for the proper coordination between all of it’s volunteers, team leaders, directors, including also the President and Vice President of the organization.

Strategic Partnerships
The Strategic Partnerships Committee establishes partnerships with internal and external units or organizations (companies and NGOs) for sponsorship, collaborative projects, and other related initiatives. StratPar acts as the organization representative in meetings with possible partners/collaborators. The committee also reports to and coordinates with the DLS-RCY President and Vice President with regards to sponsorship, collaborative projects, and other related initiatives for approval. Moreover, StratPar should have the complete consolidated database (Corporate Relations and Institutional Partnerships) of past and present sponsors/NGOs/partners.

Finance and Budget
The Finance and Budget manages the financial paperworks and documents needed for the execution of the projects and programs of the DLS-RCY. Moreover, the committee plans, forecasts and allocates the overall funds that DLS-RCY would be receiving and disbursing within the whole academic year. The committee ensures that resources are handled and used responsibly for the goals and objectives of the organization. The committee approves or disapproves funds for various projects, and provides financial advice to other committees and programs for the betterment of future projects. This committee ensures Integrity is maintained within the organization.

Operations and Logistics
The Operations and Logistics (OPLO) Committee provides operational and logistical support to all activities of the organization. The committee is responsible for facilitating activity preparation with regards to venue and equipment reservation, and personnel entry. For the current online setup, the committee is in charge of documentation and technicalities of online events.

The Creatives Committee creates publicity materials for promotion of DLS-RCY and its events, including posters, videos, certificates, and other promotional materials. During face to face activities, the committee is responsible for designing booths, venues, and other platforms for events and activities. As the creatives committee is under Public Relations, we work with the Communications and Social Media committee to ensure that all publicities are aligned with DLS-RCY’s advocacies.

Public Relations - Communications and Social Media
The Communications and Social Media Committee is responsible for disseminating information of Red Cross Youth Council - De La Salle University as well as all incoming and outgoing communication channels of the council. It also bridges the organization and the Lasallian community’s communication by managing DLS-RCY social media accounts. But most importantly, this committee works hand in hand with the Creatives Committee in order to deliver a good public relation.
