De La Salle - Red Cross Youth (DLS-RCY) is an organization that works with the Philippine Red Cross-Manila Chapter in developing the youth’s spirit of humanitarianism and social service by giving them opportunities to participate in relevant Red Cross activities within the framework of the organization.
