Dedicated to the development and formation of socially-aware & compassionate volunteers by honing their leadership skills & cultivating a deep understanding of the current realities that the nation faces. Modeled after the Lasallian Guiding Principles, the formation track COSCA-LOVE utilizes has an end-goal of instilling social action into the volunteers so that they may have the initiative to act upon socio-civic problems within & outside the organization.

Planning & organization of community engagement activities that address several advocacies will be patterned after the Lasallian Reflection Framework - Masid-Danas, Suri-Nalay, and Taya-Kilos which ensures the wholesome development of the organization members’ sense of community & volunteerism.
