Organizational Chart

The convenor closely works with SSFP Coordinator in providing strategic supervision to COSCA-LOVE program operations and implementation, collaborates with Committee Heads in monitoring committee deliverables, and in facilitating program and student volunteer performance evaluation, and recommends process improvement to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.

Co-Convenor: Lyanne Carmel L. Sy

Designs and creates publicity materials for promoting COSCA and COSCA-LOVE projects that include but not limited to digital posters, flyers, brochures, and certificates, and other forms of publicity materials.

Co-Convenor: Jannella L. Bolaños

Records the activity proceedings and meetings through written documents, photos and videos, designs and administers evaluation tools that provide quantitative and qualitative data, and creates documentation books for major COSCA-LOVE activities.

Co-Convenor: Dhea Jeanelle C. Baral

Establishes partnership with internal and external units or organizations for sponsorship, collaborative projects, and other related initiatives, organizes appropriate fund-raising events and strategies and assists PRDU in promoting social engagement through print or social media.

Co-Convenor for Finance: Yanesah Ann L. Tumambing

Knows and understands the financial processes or cash flow of SSFP, prepares monthly SSFP financial and/or liquidation report, and prepares budget proposal for all COSCA-LOVE activities.

Co-Convenor for Logistics: Anton Gerald Santos

Knows and understands the logistical and operational needs of SSFP, prepares and updates activity procurement flowcharts, and provides logistical and operational support to all organized meetings, general assemblies, recruitment, special projects, and other related activities.

Co-Convenor: Alicia V. Dela Rosa

Assists and coordinates with SL Coordinators, understands the whole Service Learning program processes and operations, and leads student volunteers in co-facilitating orientation and deployment sessions.

Co-Convenor for MAE: Shannen Mari C. dela Pasion

Assists SSFP Coordinator in designing and facilitating performance evaluation tool, metrics, and methods to all student volunteers, and in facilitating constant organizational system appraisal, collects relevant information from and for officers/members’ development initiatives, plans ways to improve the relationship among the volunteers, and provides term-end student performance status to SSFP Coordinator, Convenor and committee heads

Co-Convenor for SECP: Mika Angela T. Tionson

Assists and coordinates with PNDP and LSDP Coordinators, understands the whole Community Partnership and Social Engagement program processes and operations, and leads student volunteers in co-facilitating orientation, capacity-building activities and deployment sessions

Co-Convenor: Shannen Grace S. Solatan

Assists SSFP Coordinator in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating social formation and skills training sessions, which include student volunteers’ exposure trips, immersion program, recollection/retreat, teambuilding, leadership training, and other learning and volunteering opportunities.
