1. For those who have inactive DLSU email: Students must send a copy of their DLSU I.D to the Academic Programming Officer of their college using their personal email address to reset their Gmail Accounts. Once the student receives their DLSU Gmail Activation, they may proceed to Step 2.

2. Students must accomplish the Google Form using their DLSU Gmail: http://bit.ly/Returnee_CLA. 

3. Animo.sys will be activated and an email with activation details from ITS will be sent to the students' DLSU Gmail accounts. 

4. Students will have to do the online enrollment after the activation for MLS/Animo.sys account on December 19 - December 20, 2025 and on January 5-10, 2026.

NOTE: Students with no approved LOA from the previous term will be charged a returnee fee of 2,000.

2. EVALUATION AND APPROVAL OF THE DEPARTMENT AND COLLEGES/SCHOOL
   Applications shall be evaluated by the Colleges and Departments. After evaluation, the College shall inform the student of the decision regarding the submitted Application for Special Class not later than January 17, 2026.

3. Revised EAF can be downloaded after three (3) working days upon information of the approval or not later than January 17, 2026.
