Q. When do you petition for a CLA major class?
A.
1. When a required major course is already full in-class capacity in MLS.
2. When a required major course conflicts with another major course.
3. When a minor CLA course will cause you delays if you are unable to take it.

Course Crediting Process
Reminder: Crediting courses is done to acknowledge that a course has already been taken by you under different circumstances. For example, it was taken in a different university, as part of a minor program, or under different course codes. You may only do this once you are finished with the course.
1. Submit application via google form: CLA Course Crediting Form.
2. For courses taken outside of DLSU, students must upload an official copy of grades/Transcript of records.
3. Students' application will be shared with the Department (if applicable) and with the Associate Dean of the student for their endorsement/approval.
4. OUR will evaluate the application only when it has been approved by the Department/College/School.
5. Students will receive an email on the status of the application not later than 2 weeks after submission.
Auditing Process
Date: September 1, 2025 – September 13, 2025 (08:00 PM)
Students must accomplish the Application for Audit Class http://bit.ly/Audit_Class
OUR will coordinate with the Associate Dean of the College/School and will request their endorsement.
Once cleared, Enrollment In-Charge will encode the courses to the enrolled subjects of the students.
An email will be sent to the student once the application is processed.
