Q: Where can I drop my courses?
A: Courses may be dropped online through https://archershubstudent.dlsu.edu.ph/
Q: I was advised to manually drop my courses, where can I find the form for manual dropping?
A: For these cases, student must accomplish and save in PDF format the Application for Manual Dropping
Note:
In lieu of an actual signature on the form, student has to secure the email endorsement/approval from the Associate Dean of the College.
Q: I got dropped during the 2nd round of auto dropping, what do I do?
A: Students auto-dropped on January 12, 2026 may request for possible reinstatement of dropped courses.
To make a reinstatement request, access the online submission facility: Reinstatement Request. Requests with incomplete requirements (including proof of payment) will NOT be processed.
All requests are subject to evaluation, approval, and processing which will take at least four working days.
A reinstatement fee of Php 2,000 must be paid and proof of payment must be uploaded upon submission of request for reinstatement.
NOTE: Students who drop and withdraw from the courses starting May 17, 2026, will be charged the full amount regardless of whether the student has paid or not or attended the class.

Q: How do I withdraw my courses?
A: Withdrawal of courses is done online through https://archershubstudent.dlsu.edu.ph/
Q: If I plan to withdraw my courses, will I be allowed? Until when can I withdraw the courses I initially enrolled in?
A: Yes, both UG and GS students shall be allowed to withdraw their courses online starting Week 5 until Week 9 only of the term with no refund.
