Our Section

ABM 11-A was formed on June 21, 2021, consisting of 40 students handled by Sir Allen James Garvez. ABM 11-A is full of responsible and active students who have their creative ideas in mind. Besides being clever, they also have their sweet side; the students showed it during their adviser, Sir “Aja” Garvez’s birthday. Despite the crisis, they could still prepare a little surprise and made their adviser happy during their homeroom session. Students in this section are also trained to become future leaders with good personal characteristics and kind intentions.

Our Purpose

Health Optimizing Physical Education 3 (HOPE 3) - Dance under the Physical Education and Health (PEH) course encourages students to live an active lifestyle by helping them learn and advocate for fitness and health through dancing. As a subject under the De La Salle University Integrated School (DLSU-IS) program, this course covers rhythmical movement patterns, fundamental choreographic compositions, and Basic Jazz Dance Steps & Techniques. Students consider dancing as an ideal form of exercise in achieving lifetime fitness and health through applying learnings from this field. This blog showcases students' compositions about the lessons, skills, techniques, and concepts acquired.

The Class of ABM 11 A will be one of the collaborators with the DLSU SHS Sports Track Unit to lead a Virtual Dance Communion called "Sumayaw, Sumunod, sa Indak ng Panahon." The Lasallian community is greatly affected by the pandemic, and some are currently fighting for their lives as a result of the spreading virus. In response, De La Salle University Senior High School - Manila initiated the SPT Unit Fund Drive to aid the Lasallian community battling COVID-19.
