The Letter of Recommendation "Brag Sheet' is a template for the student to write (brag) about themselves to the person writing the letter of recommendation. The request to write the letter should be done 2-3 weeks prior to the deadline date.
The form can also be helpful for students filling out scholarships and applications.
Students can click in the upper right corner to open the form and then make a copy (under File tab) to fill in the form.
