Basketball is the theme this week!!
You will need:
A ball that bounces: Tennis ball, playground ball, basketball or beach ball.
4-5 small balls or sock balls.
A laundry basket or a box.
If you don't have a ball that bounces just skip to the next activity.
PE Warm-Up
When balancing on one leg you can use the wall or a table for support if needed.
Have Fun.
Bounce, Catch and Dribble
You will need a ball that bounces:
A tennis ball, playground ball, basketball or beach ball.
You should do this activity outside.
Laundry Basket Basketball
You will need a few small balls or sock balls and a laundry basket or box.
See how many baskets you can make. If its too easy put the basket up higher.
*Parents you can also have students clean up their room by tossing their clothes into the laundry basket.

Yoga Cool Down
You can use a mat, a towel or practice on carpet.
Bonus Activity: Dribbling
You will need a basketball, playground ball or beachball.
