Wheelchair Boxing, Weight Lifting and Shot Putt
You will need:
Boxing Gloves and Mitts
Hand Cycle
PVC Pipe or Broom handle
Dumbbell or Kettle Bell
Shot putt and/or ball
Warm-Up: 10-30 Minutes
Hand Cycle on the "Beach"
Place screen where you can see it while you ride your hand cycle.
Boxing:
Including Different Punches and
Combos.
You will need your boxing gloves and a partner with Boxing Mitts.
