General Information & Policies

In Technology classes, we explore a variety of tools and utilization techniques. Students are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zone and experiment. All projects include choice elements to personalize the experience for each student.

Regardless of whether a student feels that he or she possesses computer or design skills, all students will be successful in creating, exploring, and learning from the experience.

Grades consist of three main components, skill building, effort, and projects. Skill building represents progress checks that are based on development of skills and completion of specific tasks. Students are encouraged to revise all skill building work to receive full credit. Improving abilities will result in higher quality final projects. Projects are final assessments and may not be revised.
