In this in-depth class students learn programming concepts and structures. They build upon their knowledge by coding their way through a puzzle-type app and developing their own projects.

Digital Video Production and Editing (Level 1)

Students learn the 7 basic shot types, camera movements and camera angles. Then, they explore the visual and auditory aspects of movie making. Students further their knowledge of video production with a focus on functioning as an independent film crew. They take on a variety of roles to manage all three phases of production on the new 6th grade Maple orientation movie.
