Independent Traveler Waiver Form

This form is to be used in the case that a traveler is wanting to leave the group trip/forgo the Discover Corps Itinerary and continue their time in the country independently. If this situation arises please contact Discover Corps staff to asses the situation and decide if this form should be presented as an option for the traveler.
