Evaluations 

Evaluations are essential for us to understand both the outcome of the trip and ways that we can continually improve the experience. Two types of evaluation forms are used for each trip: 

1. General Evaluation Form  For de MAIN TRIP- This form is filled out by each traveler on the trip and asks them to rate each piece of the experience including hotels, activities, food, guide, etc. Please see the link and QR Code here.

2. General Evaluation Form  For EXTENSIONS- This form is filled out by each traveler on the extension and asks them to rate each piece of the experience including hotels, activities, food, guide, etc. Please see the link and QR Code here. Please ask the travelers to fill this out on the last day of the extension only. They should still complete the survey for the main trip on the last day of the main trip.

3. Guide Evaluation Form - This form is filled out by you, the guide. It is NOT filled out by the travelers. It is a useful tool to compare the guide’s feedback to that of the travelers. Access it here.

The evaluations are digital and will be filled out via cell phone by scanning the QR code (please see the QR Code below). The QR code is given to the group on the last night of the trip during the Farewell Dinner (or another point before this when the group has WiFi access).

You will then fill out the guide evaluation at your earliest convenience and submit it to us digitally.

How to complete the evaluation:

• Please have the document below printed out;

• Make sure the travelers have Wi-Fi available and are on a free/relaxing time (e.g. after lunch on the last day of the trip)/

• They should point their cameras to the QR Code, or access www.surveymonkey.com/r/evaluationdc

• Make sure they can access the page and please ask them to let you know once they complete it. Assist if necessary.

• Once the survey is fully complete, the traveler must click the button "Done" at the of the page. They will see a message letting them know it's complete.
