Dr. Cynthia Butler-McIntyre served as the 24th International President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Dr. McIntyre is a 1976 graduate of Dillard University. Cynthia Butler McIntyre is a native of New Orleans, La., who possesses a strong devotion to service, particularly in education. Mrs. McIntyre has spent many years in the field of education, she has held the titles of: teacher, assistant principal, personnel administrator. She has serviced several institutions of higher learning: Delgado Community College -Executive Director of Tech, Prep Summer Program-University of New Orleans, -Assistant Coordinator of Field Experiences, College of Education Supervisor for Early Childhood Student teaching experiences.
