The Mission: Cultivating a Driver-Centric Culture

At the heart of the Drivers Experts Academy lies a singular mission: to cultivate a driver-centric culture within the SSL Oranger Community. This program is designed to create diverse engagement opportunities for us to gain a more profound understanding of the pain points, expectations, and needs of our partners when using our app. 

By doing so, we aim to bring YOU closer to the lived experiences of our Drivers and nurture collaboration that can drive positive change. It doesn’t matter if you are from Food, Rides, Fintech, Mid-Platform, or any area; you are part of the change. 

The First Event: CXperience

To kickstart the Drivers Experts Academy, we are excited to introduce the CXperience. During this event, we will have the unique opportunity to shadow live interactions between our CX team and Drivers. 

This immersive online experience will provide us firsthand insights into the challenges and concerns faced during the daily operations and usage of our app, as well as gaining a deeper understanding of our Partner’s perspective. The insights collected during this event will be a foundation for future initiatives to enhance our their experience.
