Appetizers

Fresh avocado, salt, pepper, cilantro, and raw onion marinated in limes. Served with homemade corn chips.
Add "chapulines," spicy grasshoppers, a Mexican delicacy, for $4.
Mexican Street Corn (V), $7
Corn on the cob dressed in mayo, garlic, chili powder, cotija cheese, and a wedge of lime.
Fried Maduros (V), $8
Fried, sweet maduros topped with Mexican "crema" and cheese.
Classic French Fries (Vegan), $10
Hand-cut, crispy, and perfect. Served with ketchup.
Tuna Sashimi Tostada, $14
Market tuna, chili oil, soy sauce, scallions, sesame seeds, cilantro garnish, and sliced avocado over a crispy tostada.

Choose between Jalisco style beef birria, shredded chicken "tinga," beer-battered cod, or seasonal vegetable vegan tacos (no mix-and-match).
Served over house-made tortillas, and toped with onion, cilantro, and a side of green salsa. 3 tacos per order.
Cuban Sandwich, $16
Toasted French baguette, hickory smoked ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Dijon mustard.

Ropa Vieja w/Rice & Beans, $18
Shredded flank steak, bell peppers, olives, and onions slow-cooked in aromatic spices + side of rice & beans.

"Aguachile" Ceviche Verde, $25
Raw shrimp & strips of cod fish in "aguachile" marinade: cucumber, onion, serrano peppers, cilantro, avocado, mint, and lime juice.
Garnished with red onion, rainbow radish, cilantro, and served with house-made chips.
Please note: because of the serrano peppers, this dish is moderately spicy.
Smashed Burger, $14
Beef or Impossible® (vegetarian) smashed patty on a bun, caramelized onions, pickles, sharp cheddar, greens, and smoked serrano aioli.

House Salad (V), $16
Avocado, shredded jícama, sesame tofu, cauliflower, and roasted pumpkin seeds over a bed of greens. Served with a vegan vinaigrette.

"Divorced" Enchiladas (V), $18 | Chicken, $22
Enchiladas drenched in our two house sauces: guajillo red sauce + tomatillo green sauce. Choose between seasonal vegetables or chicken. Finished with onions, red radish wheels, cilantro, and Mexican "crema."
Quesabirria, $20
Two house-made tortillas stuffed with beef birria, or seasonal vegetables, and melted Chihuahua cheese. Served with a dipping "consomé."
New: Bandeja Paisa, $28
A Colombian classic meant to be shared by two guests, enjoy a generous portion of sausage, pork belly “chicharrón,” fried plantains, avocado, rice, beans, and a fried egg.
Note: this dish takes approximately 20-25 minutes to prepare.
