Made with heirloom Sonora flour, our house-made tortillas are topped with Chihuahua cheese, jumbo shrimp, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, watercress, and picked onions.

Chilaquiles W/Eggs (V), $16
One of the most traditional Mexican breakfast dishes, our house-made corn chips are covered in salsa verde, cotija cheese, and Mexican "crema." Served with 2 eggs over easy, avocado, and onions.

Tacos, $16:

Our delicious, soft, and slightly spicy beef "birria" (stew) is slow-cooked in spices for hours, and topped with onion & cilantro "macho" – these tacos are our best sellers!
Stewed in aromatic bay leaves, onions, and garlic cloves before being finished in red sauce, our shredded chicken "tinga" is finished with Mexican "crema" — a close cousin of crème fraîche — and topped with "queso fresco."
Catch-of-the-day cod is beer-battered in our house tempura mix, deep fried, and rested on a serrano-based aioli. Topped with pickled cabbage, these are classic-but-improved, Baja-style fish tacos.
Seasonal vegetables
A mix of seasonal vegetables & Impossible® meat, sealed & seasoned to perfection. Topped with onions & cilantro "macho."
All Our tacos are served over hand-made tortillas, plated with a wedge of lime, and side of fresh "salsa taquera."

Beef, or salmon fillet (+$4 extra), smashed patty on a brioche bun. Topped with caramelized onions, cheese, and a bone marrow-infused aioli. Served with house-made pickles.

Ropa Vieja, $22:
Shredded flank steak, bell peppers, and onions cooked in red wine & spices. Plated with a side of rice, beans, and sweet maduros.

"Aguachile" Ceviche Verde, $25:
A popular dish in the Pacific coast of Mexico, raw shrimp & strips of cod are bathed in "aguachile" marinade: cucumber, onion, serrano peppers, cilantro, avocado, mint, and lime juice.
Garnished with red onion, rainbow radish, cilantro, and served with house-made chips.
Please note: because of the serrano peppers, this dish is moderately spicy, and the heat cannot be dialed down.

Bed of greens, Castelvetrano olives, cabbage, sundried tomato, sesame seeds, and mandarin oranges. Served with an avocado vinaigrette.
