The principal, also known as the school head, serves as the primary leader in an educational institution. Occupying the highest position in the school hierarchy, they dedicate time to planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating various programs within the institution. Additionally, a significant aspect of the principal's role involves managing student discipline and overseeing the evaluation of teachers' performance.
