The school invites prospective applicants which possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to be part of the workforce.

For interested applicants, they may prepare the following:

1. Personal Data Sheet (4 copies)

2. 2 X 2 ID photo (4 copies)

3. Valid ID (one original and one photocopy)

TEACHER APPLICANTS

At certain times of the year, the school accepts applicants who wish to have teaching positions. The requirements for teaching applicants are as follows:

• Table of Contents

• Letter of intent (aka cover letter)

• Resume

• CSC Form 212 (aka PDS – Personal Data Sheet)

• PRC License – photocopy

• LET Rating – photocopy

• Transcript of Record (aka TOR) – photocopy

• Service Records (aka certificate of employment) – photocopy

• Specialized Trainings and Seminars Certificates – photocopy

• Voters ID or COMELEC Certification – photocopy

• NBI Clearance – photocopy

• Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted

NON-TEACHING APPLICANTS

Certain positions will require different documents. In general, the following documents must be presented together with specific papers relevant to position being applied for.

• Application leiter stating the position being applied for

• Personal Data Sheet (Revised 2017)

• Service Record or Certificate of Employment

• Approved Performonce Rating for the last 3 rating periods (if ony)

• Transcript of Records (Certified by the issuing school)

• Certificate of outstanding accomplishments (if ony)

• Certificate of trainings attended (if ony)

• Latest Approved Appointments (if any)

• Certificate of Eligibility

• Any other relevant documents
