It is essential to ensure that the school’s financial resources are allocated, procured, disbursed, and liquidated in a manner consistent with policies, guidelines, and issuances. In response to proper disbursement, utilization of the school MOOE and strategic financial management, Northville 16 Elementary School continue the implementation of PROJECT ACT, (Accountability, Commitment, and Transparency in the utilization of funds).

Northville 16 Elementary School procurement process is broken down into three stages – planning, purchasing, and managing. A well-planned disbursement and liquidation of MOOE funds were also discussed to supports the expenses of school programs, projects, and activities that were identified in the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and as specifically determined in the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP). This is to ensure that the school funds are spent in a way that is fair.
